We would like to invite you to attend an evening tour of our state of the art premises. The tours, open to both Willows’ clients and non clients, are intended to showcase the facilities, services and levels of patient care that we offer. They will highlight our commitment to excellence, within both our primary ‘general practice’ clinic and our specialist referral services.

The next evening tour is on Tuesday 20th March 2012. There will be light refreshments from 7.00pm. The tour will start at 7.30pm. The tour will be conducted by one of our primary clinic veterinary surgeons and will last about an hour. The tour will include access to the ward areas, treatment room, imaging and surgical suites. There will be demonstrations of equipment and facilities.

Accompanied children, over 5 years old, are welcome but are the responsibility of their parents/guardians. Please be aware that although the tour is outside normal working hours, there will still be in-patients present and procedures going on. This may restrict the tour’s access to certain areas of the building.

If you are interested in attending, please either reserve your place using the online reservation form or contact Willows on 0121 712 7070 – these places are available on a first come, first served basis. Don’t worry if you are unable to make this date, as you can reserve your place on a future tour which will take place about a month later.
